Trillium Lakelands District School Board Policies riddled with potential criminal and civil rights violations
A special investigative team has done a preliminary review of the Trillium Lakelands District School Board Policies on Child Abuse and is of the opinion that the Board policy is riddled with clauses which have the potential to create human rights violations, Charter Rights violations and Criminal Code Violations.
The Committee will be conducting a full review of the police of this school board and will be posting a report on line in the near future.
The Trillium Lakelands District School Board covers Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton County and the District of Muskoka.
Any parent who has had problems with CAS with their child in the Trillium Lakelands District School Board district is urged to contact Canada Court Watch at info@canadacourtwatch.com. Parents in this regions would appear to have grounds for lawsuits with this Board of Education.
